AWT purification elements designed for water supply are made from potable-grade plastic and coated with potable-grade insoluble PU mass. These elements can shrink up to half their diameter, ensuring excellent permeability in potential congested areas.
We offer a wide range of purification elements for various applications in water and sewage facilities as well as industrial settings. These purification elements can be equipped with an integrated protective casing for locating transmitters.
AWT purification elements are used for efficient cleaning of pressurized pipelines in sizes ranging from D 30 to 1500.
Types of elements
AWT purification elements come in a wide range of types for various applications. Cleaning elements for pipes (D 60 and above) can be equipped with a protective casing for the required locating transmitter. These elements are suitable for cleaning plastic, asbestos, SG cast iron, and even gray cast iron pipes.
Soft and highly shrinkable elements for general water and sewer use in the size range of D30 - 1500 mm. Elements above D60 are also well-suited for locating purposes.
Semi-rigid, highly shrinkable, and coarse elements for efficient use in water and sewage facilities, ranging from D30 to 1500. Mechanically cleans more than soft elements.
Very hard and inflexible cleaning elements suitable for high-efficiency cleaning of fully open pipes.
Semi-rigid, coarse, and cut-resistant elements for tough water and sewer facility usage. Custom-made elements are well-suited for specific applications such as grease removal in pressure sewers.
Transmitter elements can be utilized for pipe locating. All our cleaning elements can be equipped with a locating system. We primarily use and supply magnetic field-based locating technology.
